Aubrey Haddard seeks refuge in her creative discipline. Carving out a boundary-less space to explore the human experience, she creates a sonic landscape that is both epic and deeply personal.
Layers upon layers of unapologetic guitars lay the foundation for Haddard’s vocals, heralded by critics as “harrowingly beautiful” (Clash Magazine) and “herculean” (The Line of Best Fit). Calling upon the inspirations of powerhouse PJ Harvey, and songwriters from Feist to Frusciante, Haddard blends the analog and the digital with eccentricity. Themes of Greek mythology and Japanese literature weave their way through her stories, inviting listeners to peek into her subconscious and share in the depths of something both raw and real.
Haddard leaves only a few breadcrumbs and shoots for a surprise with each release. Moving on from her acoustic and minimalist debut EP Adult Lullabies, her knotty and soulful full length album Blue Part received widespread critical acclaim and earned her the title of Vocalist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year at the 2018 Boston Music Awards before she left to pursue her a career in New York City. Leaning into new, pop-driven inspirations and the chaos of the NYC scene, Awake And Talking proved Haddard’s ability to dive head-first into new sounds and set the stage for a return to her roots in the Hudson Valley.
Splitting her time between the far corners of New York state, you might find her in a library, at a Yankee game or jumping into a swimming hole. Aubrey Haddard may be a rising star in the indie scene, and one to watch for those interested in the future of experimental rock music but “above all, it’s humanity that drives Haddard’s art” (Under The Radar).
Adelide is a Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter crafting a signature brand of soul-pop that weaves coolly personal lyricism with twinkling synthesizers and lush guitars. Her music lives in a world of implied intimacy—like the corner of an old photograph or an overheard conversation—creating space to reimagine and confront the past through haze, fog machines, and strobe lights.
Born Kayla Raquel Schwartz and raised in South Florida, Adelide fell in love with music at an early age. A pivotal moment came in first grade with the discovery of an Ella Fitzgerald CD, igniting a lifelong dedication to music and formal study. She began training in piano, guitar, and voice, learning jazz standards alongside the music of artists like Aretha Franklin and Donna Summer. While she initially wrote original pop songs, her focus gradually shifted toward straight-ahead jazz as her technical training deepened.
In 2017, Adelide earned a bachelor’s degree in Studio Music and Jazz Vocal Performance from the Frost School of Music. Though these years were formative in developing professional musicianship, she began to feel that limiting her artistic scope to jazz alone was distancing her from some of the music she loved most.
She continued her studies at the New England Conservatory of Music, receiving her master’s degree in Jazz Studies in 2019. It was during her time at NEC that Adelide rediscovered her passion for writing original music, finally merging her technical foundation with long-dormant pop sensibilities.
During the pandemic, Adelide reunited with the guitar after a ten-year hiatus, which has since become her primary songwriting tool. With the world paused and creative outlets limited, she wrote the material that would form her self-titled debut EP, released in 2022. Since then, Adelide has maintained a steady stream of singles, with more releases planned for 2025 and a larger project on the horizon.
Ella Reeves (formerly Ella Sabine) is a 20-year-old singer-songwriter born and raised in Seattle, WA, crafting music that balances emotional intimacy with comedically honest storytelling. Writing alongside producer Nick Ward of french tears and Hey Marseilles, her songs feel personal, observant, and quietly fearless.
Her lyricism lives in the details—tender, self-aware, and unafraid to bring humor into vulnerability. Ella’s writing invites listeners into moments that feel both deeply specific and universally relatable, where softness and wit coexist.
Drawing inspiration from folk legends like Joan Baez and modern pop voices like Olivia Rodrigo, Ella bridges classic storytelling with contemporary emotion. After spending two years in Boston studying at Berklee College of Music, she returned to Washington and now attends Western Washington University, continuing to write, record, and perform throughout the Pacific Northwest.
