Meet Kelsey
Meet Ashley
Ashley is a 34-year-old living in San Diego with her husband and her best furry friend, Alfredo. She’s currently expecting a baby girl in December 2024. Ashley’s love for music was instilled by her parents, who introduced her to pop, soul, R&B, and rock 'n' roll—genres that still hold a special place in her heart. Though she always dreamed of working in the music industry, Ashley first pursued a degree in accounting at NAU in Flagstaff, AZ, and enjoyed a decade-long career in the field. Everything changed when her best friend, Kelsey, invited her to join GRRRL Music, turning her passion into a full-time gig.
Today, Ashley thrives on working alongside her bestie, engaging with a vibrant community of music lovers. She will bring you music from every genre, but her Pisces heart is especially drawn to emotional pop ballads, fierce femme rock 'n' roll, electronic work out bangers and stunning folk harmonies.

Kelsey is a 34-year-old living her best life between San Diego & Spokane with her partner, two pitbull pups & a fluffy ginger cat. She grew up listening to her parent's impeccable taste in music - from The Beach Boys to Joni Mitchell. She then ventured heavily into musical theatre, attending Idyllwild Arts Academy for high school. Pivoting in college, she went to Point Park University where she majored in Radio Broadcasting. There she fell in love with talking about music with anyone who would listen. She became the Music Director of her college radio station and learned all the aspects of what marketing & PR looks like.
Fast forward to today, Kelsey loves building a community of music obsessed grrrls with her best friend, Ashley. Her favorite genres can be described as: 'chaotic' indie rock, '70s funk/disco sparkly pop, 'beep boopy' electronic music & a good chanting anthem.
