On December 9th, we had the absolute pleasure of teaming up with Molly Grace and Fan Girl Cafe to create an unforgettable one-on-one experience with the Nashville-based pop-funk starlet herself! Everyone at GRRRL Music has been obsessed with Molly Grace for years, so this event felt extra special to bring to life.

Molly Grace is rapidly blazing onto the scene one platform heel at a time, captivating fans with her infectious groove and fire-sign energy. Often drawing comparisons to artists like Renée Rapp, Sammy Rae & Friends, and Chappell Roan, Molly masterfully blends pop, funk, and disco to create a sound that feels fresh yet timeless.
Her rise to fame began in late 2023 when she won a college showcase series, but her charm and talent have since fostered a fanbase of over 250,000 passionate “lovers” across platforms. With her first headline tour—The “Lovesick Tour”—spanning the Midwest and Northeast, performances in Times Square, and a standout set at Bonnaroo’s “Summer Fever” showcase, Molly’s star is undeniably on the rise.
The event was hosted at Fan Girl Cafe, a vibrant, inclusive community coffee house nestled in West Hollywood. Fan Girl Cafe is a haven for music enthusiasts, artists, and allies alike, dedicated to celebrating and supporting women, non-binary, and LGBTQ+ artists in the music scene. With its pink aesthetic, shelves of merch dreams are made of, and coffee from Intelligentsia, the cafe set the perfect stage for a night filled with love, music, and community.
Molly kicked off the evening with an acoustic set, performing tracks from her electrifying album, The Lovesick Tour: Side A + B. Hearing her raw, soulful voice in such an intimate setting was truly magical. Following her performance, I had the honor of joining Molly on stage for a fun and candid Q&A session. She shared stories about her journey, the struggles she’s overcome, and the massive milestones she’s achieved in the past year, including her iconic performance at Bonnaroo. It was incredible to see how much Molly’s music has touched people—fans drove from all over just to experience her presence live.
Events like these remind me why I love what I do. There’s something so special about creating spaces where fans and artists can connect on a deeper level, sharing stories, laughter, and inspiration. Molly’s warmth and passion filled the room, leaving everyone—including us—feeling more inspired than ever.
